• Thermoforming (flexible): Protection and airtightness
  In flexible thermoforming, the product is placed in cavities created in the actual machine from a roll of flexible film. Afterwards, the packages are hermetically sealed using a plastic or paper film that also functions as lidding.
  
• Thermoforming (rigid): High mechanical protection and airtightness
  In rigid thermoforming, the product is placed in cavities or blisters created in the actual machine from a roll of rigid film. Afterwards, the packages are hermetically sealed using film, medical paper or Tyvek that also functions as lidding.
  
• Flow Pack (HFFS): Protection and airtightness in an economical package
  The Flow Pack packaging systems offer very flexible packaging solutions and a high level of production. They are characterised by wrapping the product, forming a bag around it using a sheet of plastic film, which may be applied to individual as well as grouped products.
  
• Shrink: Sleeve wrapping of groups and shrink wrapped packages that improve product presentation
  Packaging solutions in automatic and manual machines that operate using shrink wrap films, obtaining packages with or without a complete seal from two film rolls.
  
• Automation: Automated Processes
  ULMA Packaging Automation offers complete solutions that include the automation of each process for a packaging system: alignment, handling, transport and product loading, post-packaging unloading and finally case packing and palletizing.
