ULMA at Fruitlogistica 2010

Berlin, February 3-5. Once again, ULMA Packaging will be present at Fruitlogistica, the tradeshow of reference for the produce industry, displaying solutions that allow the market to offer products with an excellent presentation and a full guarantee of conservation.

ULMA Packaging, specialised in produce packaging solutions, offers a wide range of customised applications in six different technologies: Flow Pack (HFFS), Vertical (VFFS), Traysealing, Thermoforming, Stretch Film and Shrink Wrap.

All our packaging machines are complemented with automated product loading systems and automated boxing and palletising end-of-line processes.

AUTOMATED LOADING
Ultra-compact loading robots equipped with grippers that are specifically designed for each application.  Depending on the product dimensions and characteristics, these robots are able to reach loading speeds of up to 180 cycles per minute.

AUTOMATED UNLOADING/CASE PACKING
Ultra-compact unloading robots that are characterised by their modular structure that is adaptable to different applications.
Working areas of 1000mm x 3000mm that ensure access to wide conveyor belts as well as large boxes.
As with the loading robots, these are equipped with grippers that are specifically designed for each application.
