PACKAGING PROCESS OF A FLOW PACK LINE WITH VACUUM PACKING
The packaging process consists of a flow pack machine that prepares the packaging. Unlike traditional flow pack packaging which is completely sealed using a lengthwise seal or two crosswise seals, in this case the pack leaves the packaging machine with one end open, so that it can subsequently undergo a vacuum packing process.
As can be seen in the animation, with the automatic loading option, a transfer system arranges the products and loads them into the vacuum chamber. To optimise the process, the packs are fed into the chamber on both sides, getting the most out of each vacuum cycle.

When the vacuum chamber needs to be loaded automatically, there is an option to include the transfer system, without the need for any operator. This transfer system is able to feed both of the chamber's sealing bars alternately, thus completing the maximum number of packs during each vacuum chamber cycle.
