Complete solution for the packaging of broccoli in a vertical bag

The line starts with a product elevator that feeds the combination multi-head weigher that performs the required doses so that the vertical bagger makes the package of frozen product.

At the exit of the bagger, a metal detector integrated in the line performs the inspection control of metal contaminants to reject those bags that do not meet the requirements.

The line has a case erector that forms the carton boxes from sheets.

Subsequently, by means of a drop-down system, frozen broccoli bags are stacked inside the box optimizing the available volume.

An automatic closing system closes each box so that later a labeling machine can put the identification on it.

Finally, by means of a mechanical palletizing system, the pallets of boxes containing the packages are formed over the pallets.
